On 2023 February 12 ,Sri LA Ganesan appointed as the 19th Nagaland Governor. He had served as the 17th Governor of Manipur from 2021 to 2023 and also served additionally as Governor of West Bengal from July 18, 2022 to November17, 2022. Prior to serving as Governor, he was senior leader of Tamil Nadu BJP.
